Registration
All participants who wish to attend the scientific sessions, accompanying persons' programme and social events are required to register for the Conference.

The registration fees for delegates (regular participants and students) include access to technical sessions; conference facilities; proceedings; coffee breaks; buffet-lunches; welcome cocktail on May 22, 2016; pizza show cocktail on May 24, 2016; conference show and banquet at the Opera Theater on May 25, 2016; and planned social events.
The registration fee for accompanying person includes welcome cocktail on May 22, 2016; pizza show cocktail on May 24, 2016; conference show and banquet at the Opera Theater on May 25, 2016; and planned social events.
A valid registration entitles the delegate to present one contribution at most. Every contribution must have at least one registration associated with it in order to be included in the conference programme/proceedings.
Students must send a full proof of enrollment (i.e. a scanned copy of the student ID card and a letter from a Professor or Head of Department to confirm the student status at the time of conference) to the ICMF2016 Secretariat by e-mail (icmf2016@aidic.it) in order to get the student rate.
The policy of ICMF is to allow payment of the student fee by Postdoctoral Fellows/Scholars that are not considered University employees.
Postdoctoral Research Associates that are considered employees by their University should pay the regular registration fee.
To facilitate the set up of the technical program, speakers are invited to register before March 22, 2016 (Early-bird Registration).
Late registration and payment are possible only for non-presenting authors. Please note that last-minute registration might affect the availability of conference materials.
Cancellations
Cancellations are possible only before Saturday, May 14, 2016. Cancellations must be received in writing and will be assessed a 100 EUR fee regardless of the reason for cancelling.
Registrations can be transferred to other delegates at any time, provided they are notified to the Conference Secretariat in advance.
On-site Registration
Registrations made later than May 19 2016 will be considered as on-site
registrations and must be paid at the Registration Desk. Invoice of payment
will be issued after the end of the conference and will be sent by email

The Registration Desk will be open throughout the Conference.
Please stop by to gather the conference materials upon arrival.
Payment
A successful registration requires the recorded payment and the invoice issued.
Payments can be made by credit card only.
Photo release
ICMF2016 will take photographs and video at the Conference. By registering for ICMF2016, you agree to allow ICMF2016 to use your photo and/or video footage of you in ICMF2016 related publications, materials, websites, or promotions.
Insurance
Organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to private property of participants during the conference.
