EDITORIAL

We are proud to have edited this volume of Chemical Engineering Transactions that reviews the latest development and applications in various fields related to Chemical Engineering and beyond.
It is devoted to the gamut of chemical engineering issues, from theoretical aspects to application-dependent studies and the validation of emerging technologies. This volume focuses on the methodological aspects related to the development of the theme of Chemical Engineering and description of case studies or specific researches. The selected papers cover the vibrant field of engineering study and offer a truly multidisciplinary account of the multifaceted phenomenon of chemical engineering as a whole.
In total of ten major subjects relating to up-to-date research in the areas of Chemical/Material Engineering and Technology, Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics and Fluid Dynamics, Geophysical Chemistry, Energy/Environmental Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Machinery, Computers and Applied Chemistry, Civil Engineering and Applied Chemistry, Electric Engineering and Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry/Agriculture/Food/ Medicinal chemistry, and Safety and Management of Chemical Engineering are included.
