POSTER PRESENTATION AWARD

The Best Poster Presentation Award is open to all conference participants. During the poster session, a committee will evaluate the works on display, taking into consideration clarity of presentation, scientific quality, innovative impact, and ability to synthesise. The award will be given to the contribution that best combines scientific rigour and effective communication, to highlight the importance of disseminating research results.

A certificate will be given to all the authors of the best poster at the conference closing session.

 

BEST SHORT PRESENTATION AWARD

The Best Short Presentation Award will be presented to the author of the best 5-minute presentation that will be given during one or two sessions, as indicated in the conference detail program. The selection will be carried out by specific evaluation committee nominated by the co-chairs of the conference. The criteria for the selection will include clarity and effectiveness of the presentation, coherence with the conference topics.

The winner will be announced during the conference Closing Session and will receive a free registration for the next NINE Conference.

INNOVATIVE PROJECT AWARD

The award for Best Innovative Project is reserved for PhD students and young Post-Doc researchers participating in the conference. Candidates will be asked to present their idea through a short elevator pitch in the form of a video, no longer than three minutes, to be sent to the evaluation committee coordinated by AIDIC Giovani. Proposals will be evaluated outside the conference sessions, with particular attention to the originality, scientific soundness, and application potential of the projects. This award aims to encourage the next generation of researchers and give visibility to ideas that can generate innovation and impact in both industrial and social contexts. Contributions must be sent via Google Drive link to the email address aidicgiovani@aidic.it within 25/09/2027 .

The winner will be annouced at the closing session of the conference and will receive a certificate and a bonus for free registration to an AIDIC conference to be held within 12 months from the award.
