Editorial

With the development of Chemical Engineering in recent years, it has become an engineering science with complete system, rich content and advanced techniques. We are proud to have edited this volume of Chemical Engineering Transactions that reviews the latest development and applications in various fields related to Chemical Engineering and beyond. It is devoted to the gamut of chemical engineering issues, from theoretical aspects to application-dependent studies and the validation of emerging technologies.
This volume was envisioned to represent the growing needs in energy efficiency, sustainable development, and application of hybrid information technology etc. It focuses on the methodological aspects related to the development of the theme of Chemical Engineering and description of case studies or specific researches. The selected papers cover the vibrant field of engineering study and offer a truly multidisciplinary account of the multifaceted phenomenon of chemical engineering as a whole.
In total of seven major subjects relating to up-to-date research in the areas of Chemical, Material and Environmental Engineering, Hybrid Information Technology, Management Sciences and Engineering, Earth Sciences and Civil Engineering, Sustainability in Sciences and Engineering, Engineering physics, and New Developments in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering are included.
