REGISTRATION
To attend PHM2013 Conference a registration fee is required.
The full fee includes: conference facilities;
proceedings (hard copy + CD-Rom) ; welcome cocktail; 5 coffee breaks;3 lunches; 1 dinner; 21% taxes
The
fee will not include the accommodation.
early
payment: Euro 520 (taxes included) - to be made before June 23rd, 2013
early reduced payment : Euro 320 (taxes included) - to be made before June 23rd, 2013 - only for students & PhD students
regular
payment : Euro 600 (taxes included) - from June 24th, 2013
reduced payment : Euro 400 (taxes included) -from June 24th, 2013 - only for students & PhD students
IMPORTANT NOTE TO AUTHORS
For
publishing the paper and including it into the final program the registration
fee for each paper is due before May 23rd
Authors may
publish one paper for each registration. A paper not valid registered before the deadline
cannot be published into CET

PAYMENT
Preferably by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD), otherwise by bank transfer.
Invoice will be emailed after payment as receipt; if needed a pro forma invoice can be issued in advanced:fill in this onljne form (bank option) and then ask to the secretariat.
Registration fee is a service and not a good therefore it is subjected to 21% VAT taxes for all countries.
Tax exempt institutions have to inform the secretariat by indicating the relevant article of the law, to be written into the invoice.
BANK TRANSFER
Please
check very carefully that the bank transfer shows the last name of the
participant and the company.
Receiving payments without names or multiple
fees without any specification cause many inconveneinces and delays.
INVOICING
According to
the Italian Law, for invoicing we need VAT number (P. IVA) of the organization
who makes the payment.
This is compulsory for EU participants and also for many other non Eu Countries: all registrations without
VAT number (P. IVA) cannot be proceeded.
LATE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Late registrations and payments are possible only for non-presenting
authors.
Late participants have to announce their attendance to the secretariat before the conference starts, at least two weeks before.
Admission to the symposium requires the registration badge which can be handed over if registration form is filled in and payment is done.
Please note: last-minute registrations may affect the availability of some of the items.
Last-minute payments without credit card can be accepted at the registration desk only in cash Euro or by showing a copy of the bank transfer.
PUBLICATION
Authors may
publish and present one paper for each registration. A paper not valid registered before the deadline
of May 23rd cannot be published into CET
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations
made before July 30, 2013 will be charged by 20% costs. Beyond such
No refund is due in case a paper
has been already included into the proceedings for publication.
Only written cancellations will be accepted (letter or fax, not e-mail).
Conference proceedings will NOT be mailed, however a delegate can pick it up.
Substitutions will be accepted at any time, provided they are notified
to the Secretariat.
INSURANCE
The organisers cannot accept
responsibility for loss or damage to private property of participants
arising from
the Conference. Participants should therefore take whatever actions
they consider proper for their insurance.
