GUIDELINES FOR LECTURES

Lectures will be shown only by PC projectors.

Lectures will be presented in five parallel sessions:
- room De Donato (ground floor – keynote lectures)
- room S 2.1 (second floor)
- room S 2.2 (second floor)
- room S 2.3 (second floor)
- room S 2.4 (second floor)
as shown in the program overview.

Each presentation must not exceed 20 minutes.This time includes the introduction of the speaker by the chairperson, the presentation and the discussion.

A PC (Windows 7, Office 2007 and below) will be available in each session room, where Authors may upload their ppt files the day before the presentation or at the latest during the previous break. Uploading is self service, but assisted in case of problems.
In order to avoid delays each ppt file must be properly uploaded before the session starts.

Speakers are also invited to reach the conference room 15 minutes before the session beginning and introduce themselves to the chairperson, possibly bringing a brief CV.
