LP2013 ONLINE REGISTRATION

To attend LP2013 conference a registration fee is required.
For publishing a paper and including it into the final program the registration fee is due before March 1st, 2013
The full fee includes: conference facilities; proceedings (hard copy + CD-Rom) ; welcome cocktail; 5 coffee breaks;3 lunches; 1 dinner; 21% taxes

The fee will not include accommodation.

A vegetarian menu (without fish) and a non-vegetarian menu will be served.
If you choose a vegetarian menu please inform the secretariat by sending a separate mail after the submission of this form, otherwise it will be assumed that you have chosen the non-vegetarian menu.
NOTE. The dinner is not held in a restaurant, therefore last minute onsite additional vegetarian meal cannot be provided.
During dinner only people showing the ticket-reservation for vegetarian meal will be served.

IMPORTANT NOTES
  • A registration is valid and confirmed only when the payment of the registration fee is received.
  • The deadline for early registration at a reduced fee refers to the payment date and not to the online registration submission date.
  • Cancellations before April 22nd, 2013 will be charged by 20% costs. Beyond such date the registration fee will not be refunded. Only written cancellations will be accepted (letter or fax to the postal address of the LP2013 Secretariat, not e-mail).
  • Conference proceedings will NOT be mailed, however a delegate can pick it up.Substitutions will be accepted at any time, provided they are notified to the Secretariat in advance.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or alter the program.
