Registration fee includes:

Proceedings (hard copy + CD-Rom)
Welcome Cocktail; 6 Coffee breaks; 3 Lunches;
1 Conference Dinner

Registration before May 10-2007
The full fee is Euro 600 (included 20% VAT);
Students fee is Euro 480 (included 20% VAT);
Registration after May 10-2007
The full fee is Euro 660 (included 20% VAT);
Students fee is Euro 480 (included 20% VAT);

Accommodation should be booked separately

Please note that each paper should be presented by at least one registered author. Each author can present only one paper.
Inclusion in the final program will be made only if registration is received before May 10, 2007.

Late registrations are possible only for non-Speaker participants.

Full Registration via web-page (suggested)
Make a copy of the Full Registration Form and send it either by fax or by e-mail
   

For payments via bank transfer, please indicate in the transfer form
the name of the participant and the company.

According to the Italian Law, for invoicing we need the VAT number (P. IVA) or the fiscal code (C.F.) of the organization/person who make the payment.
This is compulsory only for Italians: all registrations without P.IVA or C.F. cannot be proceeded

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations before June 10th, 2007 will be charged by 20% costs. We regret to inform that cancellations after June10th will not be refunded.Only written cancellation will be accepted (letter or fax, not e-mail). Substitutions will be accepted at any time, provided they are notified.

INSURANCE
 The organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons which may occur either during or arising from the Conference. Participants should therefore take whatever actions they consider proper for their insurance.
