ICheaP13 ONLINE REGISTRATION

Questa pagina deve essere utilizzata solo da partecipanti Italiani imposibilitati all'utilizzo della procedura standard e che richiedono la fattura con l'opzione "SCISSIONE DEI PAGAMENTI", intestata ad un ENTE PUBBLICO, secondo art. 17 ter del DPR 633/72.
L'importo da versare agli organizzatori è pari all'imponibile della fattura. L'Iva dovuta sarà pagata dall' ENTE PUBBLICO direttamente all'erario.
Prima di procedere è necessario avere a disposizione il numero di partita IVA dell' ENTE oppure il CODICE FISCALE, il Codice Univoco Ufficio (CUU), il Codice Identificativo Gara (CIG), il Codice Unico di Progetto (CUP) (opzionale) e il numero di Buono D'ordine (IBD).


Qualora mancasse uno dei dati sopra richiesti o la reperibilità fosse incompatibile con i termini dell'iscrizione, tornare alla procedura standard: in altri termini la registrazione puo' essere anticipata come viene fatto per le altre spese di viaggio ed alloggio e chiedendo poi il rimborso per l'intera missione al proprio Ente.

Speakers and their papers have to be registered before March 15
Each registration covers the publication of one paper. Please identify the paper to be published by indicating its id-number.
A paper not valid registered before the deadline cannot be published into CET

Late registration and payment (regular fee) are possible only for non-presenting authors.
Please note that last-minute registration might affect the availability of conference materials.

The basic fee includes: acess to technical sessions (both ICheaP13 and EFF2017 Conference); conference facilities; proceedings (USB memory stick); coffee breaks; 3 buffet-lunches; 1 cocktail; 22% taxes are not included
The fee does not include the conference dinner and the accommodation.

The policy of ICheaP13 is to allow payment of the student fee by Postdoctoral Fellows/Scholars that are not considered University employees.
Postdoctoral Research Associates that are considered employees by their University should pay the regular registration fee.

IMPORTANT NOTES

PAYMENTS
A registration is valid and confirmed only when the payment of the registration fee is completed and the invoice issued.

The deadline for early registration at a reduced fee refers to the payment date and not to the online registration submission date.
Registration fee is a service and not a good therefore it is subjected to 22% VAT taxes for all countries.
Tax
exempt institutions have to inform the secretariat in advance, indicating the relevant article of the law, to be written into the invoice.

INVOICING
According to the Italian Law, for invoicing we need VAT number (P. IVA) of the Organization who makes the payment.
This is compulsory for EU participants and also for many other non Eu Countries: all registrations without VAT number (P. IVA) cannot be proceeded.

If your Organization doesn't have a VAT number, it should have an identification number or a code under which it is registered in your Country.
If you pay the fee as private person, we need your home address and fiscal code.

LATE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Late registrations and payments are possible only for non-presenting authors.

Late participants have to announce their attendance to the secretariat before the conference starts, at least two weeks before.
Admission to the symposium requires the registration badge which can be handed over if registration form is filled in and payment is done.
Please note: last-minute registrations may affect the availability of some of the items.

PUBLICATION
Authors may publish and present one paper for each registration.
A paper not validly registered before the deadline of March 15 cannot be published into CET.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations before May 10, 2017 will be charged by 25% costs.
Beyond such date the registration fee will not be refunded.
But no refund is due in case a paper has been already included into the proceedings for publication.
Only written cancellations will be accepted (a confirmation should reach you after 2 days, otherwise it has to be resubmitted).
Substitutions will be accepted at any time, provided they are notified to the Secretariat in advance.
Conference material will NOT be mailed, however a delegated colleague can pick it up.
We reserve the right to change the program at any time.

INSURANCE
The organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to private property of participants
arising from the Conference. Participants should therefore take whatever actions they consider proper for their insurance.

FOOD & SPECIAL DIET REQUIREMENTS
Lunches & dinner will be served as buffet with a variety of food, suitable also for vegetarian.
However delegates are reminded that some foods may cause an allergic reaction in certain people due to intolerance of some ingredients. If the Delegate has any known allergies, or is intolerant to any food, he/she is required to report it to the Maître as soon as convenient.
It is the responsibility of the Delegate to ensure that he/she actively avoids any food he/ she is allergic to.
But t
he Organizers will take all reasonable care if made aware - in writing and before the Conference starts - of any specific food or ingredient the Delegate has an allergic reaction to.
