REGISTRATION

To attend ICheaP11 Conference a registration fee is required.
For publishing the paper and including it into the final program the registration fee is due before April 15
The full fee includes: conference facilities; proceedings (CD-Rom) ; 5 coffee breaks; 3 lunches; 1 cocktail; 1 dinner; 21% taxes


The fee will not include the accommodation.

ONLINE FORM

early payment: Euro 680 (taxes included) - to be made before April 15th, 2013 - deadline compulsory for presenting author
early reduced payment
: Euro 480 (taxes included) - to be made before April 15th, 2013 - only for students & PhD students

regular payment : Euro 750 (taxes included) - from April 16th, 2013
reduced payment : Euro 540 (taxes included) -from April 16th, 2013 - only for students & PhD students

IMPORTANT NOTES

PAYMENT
Preferably by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD), otherwise by bank transfer.
Invoice will be emailed after payment receipt; if needed, a pro forma invoice can be issued in advanced asking to the secretariat.

Registration fee is a service and subject to 21% VAT taxes for all countries.

Tax
exempt institutions have to inform the secretariat by indicating the relevant article of the law, to be written into the invoice.

BANK TRANSFER
Please check very carefully that the bank transfer shows the last name of the participant and the company.
Receiving payments without names or multiple fees without any specification cause many inconveneinces and delays.

INVOICING
According to the Italian Law, for invoicing we need VAT number (P. IVA) of the organization or Fiscal code (C.F.) of the person who makes the payment.
Registrations without VAT number (P. IVA) or C. F. cannot be proceeded.

LATE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Late registrations and payments are possible only for non-presenting authors.

Late participants have to announce their attendance to the secretariat before the conference starts, at least two weeks before.
Admission to the conference requires the registration badge which can be handed over if registration form is filled in and payment is done.
Please note: last-minute registrations may affect the availability of some of the items.
Last-minute payments without credit card can be accepted at the registration desk only in cash Euro or by showing a copy of the bank transfer.

PUBLICATION
Authors may publish and present one paper for each registration. A paper not valid registered before the deadline of April 16th cannot be published.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations made before May 20th, 2013 will be charged by 20% costs. Beyond such date the fee will not be refunded.
No refund is due in case a paper has been already included into the proceedings for publication.
Only written cancellations will be accepted (letter or fax, not e-mail).
Conference proceedings will NOT be mailed, however a delegate can pick it up.
Substitutions will be accepted at any time, provided they are notified to the Secretariat.

INSURANCE
The organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to private property of participants
arising from the Conference. Participants should therefore take whatever actions they consider proper for their insurance.
