ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
It is our pleasure to announce the 5th International Conference on Safety and Environment in the Process & Power Industry, that will be held on June 3-6, 2012 in Milan, Italy
CISAP-5 is organized by AIDIC, The Italian Association of Chemical Engineering.
CISAP-5 , the fifth edition of the International
Conference on Safety and Environment in the Process & Power Industry, will provide a
successful forum on process safety, risk assessment and HSE management. The
conference provides a unique opportunity to share and gain experience on "hot"
topics in emerging risk assessment and management, as the assessment of accident
scenarios caused by natural hazards and the safety of energy systems and infrastructures.
Dedicated workshops will be organized to discuss and share new trends in research
and methodologies for the management of emerging risk.
The 5th Edition confirms CISAP as a prominent biennial forum on safety and sustainability,
contributing to the consolidation of a safety culture aiming at a sustainable
growth of the enterprise value based on the safeguard of the health of employees
and population, the safety of operations and the environmental protection.
The official language of the conference is English.
