VENUE & GENERAL INFORMATION

CAMURE 11-ISMR 10 International Symposium will be held in Milano,
at the Four Stars Hotel "Rosa Grand"- Piazza Fontana 3, 20122 Milano, Italy

The only hotel on Piazza Fontana, the Rosa Grand is just a short stroll from some of Milan’s most impressive artistic and architectural treasures.
Ideally located in the historic centre, it’s just minutes from the gothic spires of Milan’s famous Duomo cathedral and many of the city’s modern attractions.

It can be easily reached by subway (Line 1 Red or line 3 Yellow; Stop: Duomo).
Also it is only few underground stops from Milan railway Central Station and air terminal. Therefore it is easily accessible from any location in Italy or abroad: it enjoys the strategic location of Milan in the European network of air,
road and railway connections. Milan is located in the center of Europe and is one of the easiest cities to be reached.

Milan is known around the world as the capital of fashion and design. But it’s also a city brimming with history, attractions and landmarks. In the historic centre, all the must-see places of interest are within walking distance: the Teatro alla Scala, the Palazzo Reale, the Castello Sforzesco, the Basilica di Sant'Ambrogio, Santa Maria delle Grazie with Leonardo's Last Supper, the Roman columns of San Lorenzo and the nearby Parco delle Basiliche

Just outside the city are worth a visit The Lakes (Como, Maggiore, Garda), the ancient city of Bergamo, Charterhouse of Pavia, Vigevano (considered by many people the Italy’s most beautiful “piazza”)
Milan is also ideally situated for visiting Italian most famous tourist destinations like Venice, Verona, Padua, Mantua, Bologna, Pisa, Florence, Portofino.
All can be easily reached by train in less than 3 hours.
