The submission of this form confirms the participation and becomes a valid registration when the payment has been received.
* For forms received after January 31st, 2010 the fee due is of Euro 660.
* The fee is valid for the participation of one author and the presentation of one paper.
Cancellations before February 28th, 2010 will be charged by 20% costs. Beyond such date the fee will not be refunded. Only written cancellations will be accepted (letter or fax, not e-mail).
Substitutions will be accepted at any time, provided they are notified to the Secretariat.
