GUIDELINES for POSTERS

A proper Posters Presentation Session for onsite discussion is forseen on Monday, September 28 from 17:15 to 18:30 and Tuesday, September 29 from 15:15 to 16:30.

Poster is sticked on the supporting panel by tapes.
For the sake of readability, posters size should not exceed:
WIDTH = 80 cm (or 4 A4 sheet width )
HEIGHT= 120 cm (or 4 A4 sheet height)

Poster panels will be identified by the same number assigned to the poster in the final program ( inside your conference kit), according to the following legenda:

Day \ P \ Time \ progressive number
MT\P\15:15\5 reads as:
days\poster presentation \ session starting at 15:15\panel number

Posters will be mounted on Sunday afternoon, September 27, from 17:00
Posters must be removed from the supporting panels by Authors on Wednesday 30

During the Poster Presentation Session authors are requested to be in attendance at their poster board to facilitate interaction and exchange.
