Sponsorship opportunities may be defined case by case, according to the Companies
needs.
Here below are the standard ones

| Institutions and Companies which prefer to support the Conference in different ways are welcome and are invited to contact the Secretariat. |

The minimum for sponsorships is 1000
Euro + 20% VAT

Information
Point
|
| A stand area is not available but there will be space for few information points. |
| In the price of the information point the following items are included: |
| - 1 table (standard) and two chairs (4 days from Sunday afternoon) |
| - Cleaning |
| - One free registration to the full Scientific sessions (coffee breaks and lunches are included; gala dinner is not included but it can be bought separately) |
| - Company mentioned on the website, in the program and proceedings books/Cd |
| - Leaflets into the conference bag |
| Whether Companies are presenting a paper to the conference, a full registration in addition to the sponsorship reservation is required. |
| All the sponsor material has to reach the venue not earlier than Friday, May 13. |
