All participants who wish to attend the scientific sessions, accompanying persons' programme and social events are required to register for the Conference.
The registration fees for delegates (regular participants and students) include access to technical sessions; conference facilities; proceedings; coffee breaks; buffet-lunches; welcome cocktail and conference banquet.
The registration fee for accompanying person includes welcome cocktail and banquet.
The policy of DA 2018 is to allow payment of the student fee by Postdoctoral Fellows/Scholars that are not considered University employees.
Postdoctoral Research Associates that are considered employees by their University should pay the regular registration fee.
A successful registration requires the recorded payment and the invoice issued. Payments can be made by credit card only.
DA 2018 will take photographs and video at the Conference. By registering for DA2018, unless specifically requested, you agree to allow DA 2018 to use your photo and/or video footage of you in DA 2018 related publications, materials, websites, or promotions.
Organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to private property of participants during the conference.
