REGISTRATIONS

To attend the Conference a registration fee is required.
For publishing the paper and including it into the program the registration fee is due before September 22

payments after September 22: Euro 660 (20% VAT included)

Registration fee includes:
Attendance to the Scientific Sessions
Conference facilities
Proceedings (hard copy + CD-Rom)
5 Coffee breaks; 3 Lunches
1 Conference Dinner

Registration fee does not include the accomodation
Accommodation should be booked separately

Please note that each fee may cover the participation of one author and the presentation of one paper.
Late registrations are possible only for non-Speaker participants.

For payments via bank transfer, please indicate in the transfer form
the name of the participant and the company.
According to the Italian Law, for invoicing we need
VAT number (P. IVA) AND fiscal code (C.F.)
of the organization who make the payment.
This is compulsory only for Italians: all registrations without P.IVA or C.F. cannot be proceeded

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations before October 15th, 2008 will be charged by 20% costs. We regret to inform that cancellations after October 15th will not be refunded.Only written cancellation will be accepted (letter or fax, not e-mail). Substitutions will be accepted at any time, provided they are notified.
INSURANCE
The organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons which may occur either during or arising from the Conference. Participants should therefore take whatever actions they consider proper for their insurance.
