A stand area is available for Companies to present their manufacturing programme and/or equipment related to the subject of the Symposium.

Each stand includes:
- 1 table (standard)
- 2 chairs
- 4 poster panels (about 100x200)
- moquette
- halogen spot
- logo
We expect to have about eight points reserved to the Companies.
The cost also includes the possibility for one person to attend the Conference
(coffee breaks are included; lunches, proceedings and gala dinner are not
included but they can be bought separately).
Whether Companies are Authors as well, a full registration in addition to
the stand reservation is required.
The name of the Companies will be print on the Scientific Program.
The exhibition area will be at the foyer, just close to the Reception.
The stand will be opened all the days; it can be set up on Sunday from 14:00
and has to be dismantled on Wednesday.
All the material has to reach the venue not earlier than Saturday
