REGISTRATION

To attend the Conference a registration fee is required.
For publishing the paper and including it into the program the registration fee is due

payments before January 31st 2010: Euro 600 (20% VAT included)
payments after January 31st 2010: Euro 660 (20% VAT included)
student fee : Euro 420 (20% VAT included)

Registration fee includes:
Attendance to CISAP4 Scientific Sessions; Conference facilities; Proceedings (volume and CD-Rrom); 5 Coffee breaks; 3 Lunches; 1 Conference Dinner

Registration fee DOES NOT include:
Accommodation; Extra tickets Conference dinner for accompanying persons

Accommodation should be booked separately

Authors may present one paper for each registration.
Late registrations are possible only for non-presenting authors.

For payments via bank transfer, please indicate in the transfer form
the name of the participant and the company

According to the Italian Law, for invoicing we need
VAT number (P. IVA) AND fiscal code (C.F.)
of the organization who makes the payment.
This is compulsory ONLY for Italians: all registrations without P.IVA and C.F. cannot be proceeded

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations before February 28th, 2010 will be charged by 20% costs. We regret to inform that beyond such date the fee will not be refunded. Only written cancellation will be accepted (letter or fax, not e-mail).
Substitutions will be accepted at any time, provided they are notified to the Secretariat.
INSURANCE
The organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons which may occur either during or arising from the Conference. Participants should therefore take whatever actions they consider proper for their insurance.
