The Symposium technical program is structured in parallel sessions, which will be held over three days.
This Symposium will take a series of presentation and discussion in plenary, scientific and poster sessions, and informal gatherings to highlight the most recent developments in agricultural products and food processing, small technologies as well as sustainability in food production.
