REGISTRATION

The valid confirmation of your presentation is subject to the submission of the online registration form of one author before MAY 15; fee payments are due before JUNE 10.
The final program will be made just after the registration deadline.
Please note that each paper should be presented by at least one registered author. Each author can present only one talk.
Inclusion in the final program will be made on the basis of the registrations received
before May 15, 2007.

Late registrations are possible only for non-Speaker participants.

full fee Euro 450 (20% VAT included)
student fee* Euro 300 (20% VAT included)
payments received after June 10, 2007:
full fee Euro 500 (20% VAT included)
student fee* Euro 350 (20% VAT included)

The fee does not include the accommodation.
*Students have to confirm their status by sending a letter signed by their advisor to the CIGR Secretariat.

For payments via bank transfer, please indicate in the transfer form
the FULL NAME of the participant, and possibly the company

According to the Italian Law, for invoicing we need the VAT number (P. IVA) or the fiscal code (C.F.) of the organization/person who make the payment.
This is compulsory only for Italians: all registrations without P.IVA or C.F. cannot be proceeded

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations before September 1, 2007 will be charged by 20% service charge. Beyond such date the fee will not be refunded. Only written cancellations will be accepted (letter or fax, not e-mail) Substitutions will be accepted at any time provided they are notified to the Secretariat.

INSURANCE
The organisers cannot accept any liability for loss of or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons, which may occur during the Conference. Participants should therefore take whatever actions they consider proper for their insurance.
