PUBLICATION POLICY

The full set of accepted abstracts will be published in a volume while the full set of manuscripts in a CD-Rom.
Both will be distributed at the Symposium desk.

In addition all contributions actually presented at this CIGR Symposium, either as oral papers or as posters, are eligible for selection to be published in a special issue of "Journal of Food Engineering" (Elsevier), and recommended for publication in "Food and Bioprocess Technology - an International Journal" (Springer).
Manuscripts will be subject to the usual peer-review process of the Journals.

Authors of the selected papers will be informed after the Symposium.
